“How successful will you be if you only use 7% of something?”
This was the question I asked a group of individuals during a training session. The answer is obvious: “Not very.” My reply: “Then why are you doing it?”
If you have not figured it out yet, you may be using only 7% of one of the most critical functions of business and are expecting to be successful without using the other 93%. What I am speaking about of course is ‘communication.’

Isn’t technology grand? Yes, it is. Unless, if by using it you are getting ignored.
More and more business is being done from the comfort of home while wearing an old pair of sweat pants, t-shirt and favorite slippers. However, in my opinion (three words that always get me in trouble), I have noticed not only the proliferation of the number of emails that I get offering me programs and training but that people are trying to have a verbal conversation, digitally. Newsflash; you are annoying your potential customer.
