This passage is about the flexibility of not only mindset but also willingness to embrace ‘change.’ After all, change is the price of learning. However, change is also resisted quite vigorously by not only leaders but also by their followers.

In speaking with entrepreneurs, the picture that is portrayed is a hurried individual doing a multitude of tasks and yet at the end of the day, they have accomplished absolutely nothing. Arithmophobia is defined as a fear of numbers. Like a lot of other phobias, it can stem from a traumatic past life experience.
